Coaching is a client-centred approach that offers a non-judgemental, safe space to talk about goals, challenges and solutions. 

Coaching can be delivered to groups of up to 10, or on a 1:1 basis, over a program of 6 - 12 sessions, toward improving habits that achieve a specific desired outcome. 

Coaching sessions are typically 45 - 90 minutes, depending on the person.

Coaching can be delivered online (Zoom, Teams), on the phone and can also be delivered in person across Australia.
