The Sage Women Podcast

Sage women is a podcast full of real conversations with health professionals, coaches, dieticians and real women, sharing stories about perimenopause, menopause and a range of women's health issues.

We talk about the common menopause symptoms like hot flushes, weight gain, anxiety and mental health, and provide insights, tips and solutions to help women manage their symptoms naturally with evidence based lifestyle interventions including CBT, dietetics, sleep science, exercise and nutrition.
